We all do it, but our we using our breath to our advantage?
When we take control over out breath, it can be used in so many different ways - to energise, to calm, to balance. Our breath can be an amazing tool for helping us to regulate our emotions.
On personal level, when I learned to breathe, I was able to help manage some of my symptoms of poor mental health - calming me down when I felt anxious and also bringing me up when depression was more prominent.
