Over the two hours we'll learn tips and techniques to build the strength and find the flexibility needed to move into backbends with control.
We'll start with a flow to warm us up and begin to switch on the right muscles, followed by some specific drills using props, the wall, each other and then finally we'll have a go at some different back bends and transitions in and out.
Everything will be differentiated, so there will be something to suit everyone.
