We’ll start with a dynamic flow to fire up the muscles, after this we'll moev into specific drills to help our body understand the positions of the postures.
We will focus on the foundations first - headstand and crow. From here, we’ll have a go at some transitions between the two and also some other fun variations of the postures - including one legged crow and funky headstand.
It’s a totally no-pressure environment - working at a level that works for you!
