We'll begin with a dynamic flow to get he blood pumping and switch on the muscles we need for the arm balance. Then we'll move into a work-shop style part of the class where we can break it down, ask questions and support each other in the poses.
We'll start with crow/side crow and progress from there as we move through the weeks. Get your requests in quick if you have a specific one you would like to work towards.
November has 5 Wednesdays so we have that extra week to practise this month!
