We’ll begin the class with a strong and fast paced flow specifically designed to stabilise, strengthen and lengthen the muscles for splits.
Towards the end of the class we’ll have some play time to have go a splits - tracking our progress.
There is ZERO expectation that you can already do the splits - or even be close!
We may not reach the destination of splits in just 4 weeks as we are prioritising strength alongside flexibility.
